My friend Marlene, and I walked to the back section of the park where the Mississippi River floods in the spring. We walked off the trail to get into the flooded areas to photograph Wood ducks. We nearly stepped on the fawn. Sebenarnya, we had to step back a few steps to get the photo then circle around the fawn to not disturb it. The rest of the deer herd were within 50 yards looking at us.
